Travel within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is included in all packages. However, if your engagement or wedding shoot location is outside of the GTA, additional travel costs may apply. This includes transportation and accommodation if necessary. We will provide an estimate before the shoot to ensure there are no surprises.

To book your engagement or wedding shoot, simply contact us to discuss your preferred date, location, and package. A deposit is required to secure your spot, and we will provide all the necessary details to finalize your booking.

Yes, we offer the flexibility to add extra features such as drone footage, print packages, or additional hours. If you have any special requests or would like to discuss a fully customized experience, feel free to reach out, and we can create a package that suits your vision.

We understand that things can come up, so if you need to reschedule your engagement or wedding shoot, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date. If the reschedule is within 30 days of your original booking, no additional fee will be applied; however, any changes made after 30 days may incur a rescheduling fee.

Please note that all services are non-refundable. Once the deposit is made and the booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. We are happy to discuss any changes, but we cannot offer refunds.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
